A prototype of the much anticipated Dero Bike Rack 5 has apparently been lost in a Minneapolis bar by a Dero engineer. Dero’s security team has been working frantically with local police and frequently visiting the bar to recover the prototype and determine exactly how it went missing.
A local patron managed to snap a photo of the alleged prototype with his iPhone on the night of it’s disappearance. “I just saw this guy passed out at a table with a funky piece of metal partially wrapped up on the floor next to him,” the man said. “The metal had this weird kind of sheen to it, almost like it was some kind of stealth paint, you know, like that helicopter. I just quickly snapped a photo. It looked pretty wild.”
The identity of the man in the photo is being protected while the investigation continues.

I heard a rumor that the missing prototype was not really a Bike Rack 5, but a Bike Rack 4S. Some are saying that the shape of the prototype rack is the same as the previous awesome Dero rack, but it’s what is INSIDE the tubing that has changed! The excitement builds!
