Ordering a Rack
Many of our smaller bike parking and repair fixtures may be ordered online through our secure webstore. When you are ready to order a rack simply scroll down, select your desired finish and mounting options, then click the blue “Buy Now” button on the page of the product you wish to purchase. This will take you to another page where you can adjust the quantity if you wish. To complete the transaction click the “Proceed to Checkout” button on this page to begin entering your billing and shipping information. Once your shipping information is entered the cart will calculate the total cost of your order including any shipping costs. You will be able to see this total before confirming your order.
You may also request a quote for any of our products online. Select your desired finish, mounting and quantity options, then click the “Get Quote” button. Manufacturing times may vary depending on our current inventory and the size of your order.
Shipping
Most of our smaller racks are shipped using FedEx. Some of our larger racks may be shipped with a different carrier. Shipping charges for orders through our webstore are calculated real time based on the Zip code you enter during the checkout process. Please contact us directly if you require an expedited shipping service.
Orders for Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via US Postal Service – Parcel Post and will require approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Please call our toll free number 1-888-337-6729 if you would like to arrange an expedited shipping service.

Returns
Dero Bike Racks warranties all products with manufacturer defects up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Please call Dero toll free at 1-888-337-6729 to discuss any problems with your product before sending it back. If you wish to return your product, Dero Bike Racks is not responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
