So, How Does This Work?
1 Email or call us at 1-888-337-6729. A member of our sales team will give you an email address to send your logo file. Vector art files work best - usually they are illustrator files, but PDF and EPS formats often contain vector art as well. If you do not have vector art, send us the highest resolution JPG you have.
2 We send you a free mockup of what your logo would look like in the rack of your choice. The most common racks for logos are Hoop Racks, Bike Hitches and Bike Bike Racks, but we can work with many other styles too. Depending on the image, we may have to alter your design somewhat to make it manufacturable.
3 When you are happy with the mockup we will send you a quote including your selected finish and mounting options and any shipping costs. Should any minor adjustments need to be made after your initial approval we will send a final shop drawing of the rack for you to sign off on.
4 Once we have an approved quote from you we laser cut the design out of 1/4" steel plate and weld it into the rack. The final finish is applied and the rack is sent out to you. The complete process usually takes 6-8 weeks.
