Installation:
Before installing: Make sure the floor is strong enough to accommodate the rack fully loaded with bikes. Compare parts shipped with rack to parts list. Call Dero if any parts are missing.

  1. Lay (2)96” Slotted Tracks and (2)48” Slotted Tracks flat on the floor and assemble a single upright unit using (4)Angle Brackets, and (8)Spring-loaded Nuts and Hex Head Cap Screws to connect the components. Make sure all connections are square and rigid.
  2. Repeat step 1 to assemble the remaining upright.
  3. Place the uprights 4 feet apart from each other.
  4. Connect the uprights with the (2)Cross Braces and (4) Springloaded Nuts and Hex Head Cap Screws. Make sure that corresponding parts on the uprights are level and that connections are tight.
  5. Tip the entire assembly up so that the 48” Slotted Tracks are on the floor.
  6. Make sure the top 48” Slotted Tracks are level. Adjust if necessary.
  7. Attach the Track Rack to the Floor Mount assembly by securing the Channel Trolley Supports to the horizontal 48” Slotted Track with the remaining Spring-loaded Nuts and Hex Head Cap Screws. The edge of the Slotted Track Mounting Bracket should be flush with the edge of the 48” Slotted Track.
  8. Follow the installation instructions for the basic Track Rack unit to complete the assembly.
  9. Position Single-sided Floor Mount Assembly and anchor the 48” Slotted Tracks to the floor with the appropriate anchors.
