Send us your concept
To get a quote on a custom rack project, fill out the form below and share your vision with us. Upload an image if you have one for visual reference. We have worked from many pencil sketches, so it doesn’t have to be fancy. Other useful information to send includes rough dimensions of your the rack or space and approximate number of bikes you’d like to be able to accommodate.

Receive basic mockup drawing and quote
A member of our sales team will provide you with a basic drawing of a manufacturable rack based on your design along with a quote.

Order racks and receive detailed drawing
Once you send back the signed quote our design and engineering team will work up a detailed drawing for your approval. The rack will be manufactured exactly to the specifications in this final drawing.

Approve drawing to start production
The rack enters production when we receive approval from you on the final drawing. Turn around time is typically 8 weeks, but your sales rep will provide the most up to date expected delivery time.5
Receive rack and install
Your finished rack will be delivered with all the necessary hardware and instructions to complete installation. The process is simple and requires just a few basic tools.
